Orange Mint Dressing Recipe
- 3 packets SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ¼ cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoons light olive oil
- WHISK dressing ingredients together in a large bowl. Add your chickpea mixture of choice and toss gently.
- REFRIGERATE for 30 minutes. Serve chilled.
