We’re falling in love with this pumpkin coffee syrup from Woman’s Day!
HOMEMADE PUMPKIN COFFEE SYRUP RECIPE
Makes 1 Cup of Syrup
1 cup water
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 cup SPLENDA® Sugar Blend
5 cinnamon sticks
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. whole cloves
1 inch piece fresh ginger sliced
½ tsp. fresh nutmeg
½ tsp. whole allspice
1. Whisk all ingredients into a heavy bottomed pot.
2. Over medium heat dissolve sugars and bring to a low boil. Stir frequently and cook 10 more minutes until liquid is reduced.
3. Remove from heat to cool and thicken. Strain into jar, cover tightly and refrigerate for storage. Use as desired in hot or iced coffee and add milk of your choice.
