Splenda Sweet Swaps

Think outside the PSL. Jennifer Chong of See & Savour has a simple swap for adding flavor to her iced coffee this season.

MINT ICED COFFEE RECIPE

SERVES: 3

INGREDIENTS

3 tablespoons fresh mint, additional for garnishing

3 packets SPLENDA® Naturals Stevia Sweetener

3 cups hot coffee, brewed with any method you prefer

Unsweetened almond milk* or milk of choice, to taste

Ice

DIRECTIONS

1. Divide mint leaves and SPLENDA® Sweetener into 3 glasses; or use a large pitcher. Using a muddler, muddle together the mint and SPLENDA® Sweetener, until mint is lightly crushed and the oils and smell of the mint are released.

2. Combine hot coffee with the muddled mint and SPLENDA® Sweetener. Stir until SPLENDA® Sweetener is dissolved. You can strain the mint or just keep it in the drink.

3. Add ice and milk to taste and garnish with mint if desired
