Creamy Cucumber Herb Salad Dressing and Dipping Sauce Recipe

Serves: 12

INGREDIENTS
½ cucumber, peeled and seeded
1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons fresh chopped parsley
2 teaspoons fresh chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon SPLENDA® Sugar Blend
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon garlic, chopped

DIRECTIONS

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy.  
2. Keep refrigerated before serving.
