Orange Mint Dressing Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 packets SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons light olive oil

DIRECTIONS

  1. WHISK dressing ingredients together in a large bowl. Add your chickpea mixture of choice and toss gently.
  2. REFRIGERATE for 30 minutes. Serve chilled.
