Try a Sweet & Spicy Snack that’s perfect for next Sunday’s Big Game. Extra points: this mix will keep for days* – that is, if you have any left over.
Serving size: ½ cup snack mix
3 cups crispy rice cereal squares
2 cups toasted O-shaped cereal
2 cups small reduced-fat pretzels
1 cup oyster crackers
1 cup dry roasted peanuts
1 egg white
½ cup SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon ground red pepper
Preheat oven to 300° F.
Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
Beat egg white until foamy; stir in SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated, Worcestershire sauce and red pepper. Pour over cereal mixture, tossing to coat.
Spray a 15- X 10-inch jellyroll pan with cooking spray; spread cereal mixture in a single layer in pan.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Cool.
Store mix in an airtight container and enjoy within 5 days to keep crispy.

- 3 (8 ounce) packages low-fat cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

- 3 drops pink food coloring
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Beat cream cheese and butter at high speed with an electric mixer until creamy; gradually add SPLENDA® Sugar Blend, beating until blended.
- Add just enough food coloring to make a light pink, beating until well combined.

- 2 1/2 cups thinly sliced unpeeled cucumbers
- ½ cup thinly sliced onions
- 1/3 cup SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated
- 1/3 cup white vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Place cucumbers and onions in a non-metallic, medium bowl.
Combine remaining ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Stir well. Pour over cucumbers and onions. Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours. Stir occasionally.
