This spiced apple smoothie uses cinnamon and SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener to blend together flavors of fall without all the calories of sugar.

Apple Pie Chia Smoothie

Yield: 1 serving

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated
  • 1 apple, cut into small pieces
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of nutmeg and salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Blend all ingredients until well blended and pour into a glass to serve.
